Watch: J.J. Redick sinks a reverse layup off a Gustavo Ayón feed

Orlando's backup center finds Redick going backdoor for two of his 20 points.

The Orlando Magic knocked off the Phoenix Suns, 98-90, on Sunday, but the game wasn't always theirs to command. Phoenix led by as many as nine points in the first quarter, prompting Orlando coach Jacque Vaughn to call upon his reserves earlier than he might have under ordinary circumstances; in addition to facing a big early hole, the Magic were in their fifth game in seven nights.

So shooting guard J.J. Redick and center Gustavo Ayón, among other players, came in, and they helped turn the tide Orlando's way. In the play above, Redick catches Shannon Brown napping backdoor and cuts to the rim from the left wing. Ayón hits the veteran two-guard with a lob pass which Redick converts with an acrobatic reverse.

The layup gave Redick the first two of his team-high 20 points off the bench. Orlando's reserves outscored Phoenix's, 49-30.
