Photos: Amway Center offers new menu items

Among the new offerings: a loaded nachos dish with braised chicken tinga, lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, and sour cream.

In the spirit of moving forward, the chefs at Amway Center have created new menu items available for sale at Orlando Magic games, ones that supplement the standard sports fare of burgers and hot dogs.

Photos of some of the new items, available now, are embedded in this post. Among the new dishes is the En Fuego Bowl, which contains pork, verde rice, pinto beans, roasted corn, queso fresco, pico de gallo, shredded cabbage, and cilantro tomatillo cream.

In addition, the team now offers a Burger of the Night option. The Magic's opponent on a given night may inspire the style of the burger, as it did on November 3rd. As John Denton of OrlandoMagic.com writes, Executive Chef Javier Rosa served pepperoni pizza burgers that night because the Magic were playing the Brooklyn Nets.

Heather McPherson, the food editor of the Orlando Sentinel, reviewed some of the new menu items.

Let us know if you've had any of these new dishes, and which ones you most look forward to trying on your next visit to Amway Center.
