Magic serve Thanksgiving meals at Coalition for the Homeless

Members of the Orlando Magic, including CEO Alex Martins and coach Jacque Vaughn, helped distribute Thanksgiving meals at the Coalition for the Homeless on Thursday.

On Thursday, several members of the Orlando Magic visited the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida in order to serve holiday meals and host a carnival for its residents. It was the 20th straight year that the Magic have served the Coalition on Thanksgiving. "It's really become a Thanksgiving tradition for the Magic and the Coalition," said Magic CEO Alex Martins, according to John Denton of OrlandoMagic.com.

Martins; senior vice president Pat Williams; coach Jacque Vaughn; players Jameer Nelson, Maurice Harkless, and Glen Davis; and community ambassadors Bo Outlaw and Nick Anderson represented the Magic at Thursday's event, which served more than 800 people. Vaughn, in his first year as Orlando's head coach, sponsored the breakfast.
