The Orlando Magic’s season kicks off two months from today.
The schedule for the 2021-2022 season was unveiled on Friday afternoon, showing that the Magic will open the campaign on October 20 against the San Antonio Spurs as Jalen Suggs and Franz Wagner make their official debuts.
The home opener will be October 22 against the New York Knicks and their new addition Evan Fournier.

The homecoming for Nikola Vucevic will be on November 26 when the Chicago Bulls come to Orlando. Aaron Gordon’s return to Amway Center is scheduled for December 1 when the Magic host the Nuggets.
Suggs gets some early-season rookie comparisons when the Magic travel to Toronto to face the Raptors and No. 4 pick Scottie Barnes. The following night they head to a Detroit to take on the Pistons and first overall pick Cade Cunningham.
Other notable matchups includes a two-game set in Milwaukee against the defending champions on December 28 and 30. LeBron James, Anthony Davis and Russell Westbrook come to town on January 21. The Magic host Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors on March 22.
And of course the most important dates to circle on the calendar will be for what we hope are the healthy returns of Jonathan Isaac and Markelle Fultz.
