Durant won’t be playing in the game due to injury, so he’ll have a great opportunity to watch Vucevic, a player he has publicly stated his admiration for.
“Kendrick Perkins can’t say his name right but I got it right,” Durant said after making the selection on Thursday.
For context...
Nah Perk, you can't slander a player if you can't pronounce their name!

Vucevic also was the sixth pick in the 2019 All-Star draft when he was selected by Team Giannis.
This time around Vucevic was drafted ahead of Domantas Sabonis, Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert.
On Sunday, Vooch will team up with Kyrie Irving, Joel Embiid, Kawhi Leonard, Bradley Beal, Jayson Tatum, James Harden, Devin Booker, Zion Williamson, Zach LaVine, Julius Randle and Donovan Mitchell.
