Ladies and gentlemen, your Orlando Magic put on one hell of a performance against the Houston Rockets.

The Magic led by as many as 32 points and went on to win 126–106 against one of the top teams in the Western Conference, showing what this team is capable of. The Magic dominated the small-ball Rockets on second-chance points, 22-8, en route to one of their best wins of the season.

Markelle Fultz put on the performance that was expected when he was drafted by the 76ers as the first pick of the 2017 draft. Fultz scored 18 points along with five assists, but he was not the only player to make an impact in this game, Aaron Gordon had 19 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 steals and 2 blocks, including this swat against Russell Westbrook...

Nikola Vucevic was a monstrous force to be reckoned with, tallying 16 points and 16 rebounds. The Magic got a huge lift from their bench, led by D.J. Augustin, who put on his second great performance in as many games by scoring 24 points on 7-for-10 shooting. Michael Carter-Williams and Terrence Ross each added 16 points.

Each of these players have a chance to be an impactful force for this team, but together they create a winning environment that allows them to go up against the most competitive teams in the NBA. If each of these players can keep this momentum going this team has the chance to go on a hot run. Sunday was a great night to be a Magic fan, let’s hope this team gives fan many more nights like it.

The 29–35 Magic will next go into Memphis to face the 32–32 Grizzlies on Tuesday.
