Southeast division foes square off Sunday night in a contest of “who can play with the most energy and/or look the least tired”.
Both the Orlando Magic and the Atlanta Hawks will be playing on the second night of a back-to-back.
The Hawks hosted the Charlotte Hornets in Atlanta last night, dropping a high-scoring affair 129-120. Rookie point guard Trae Young had 20 points and 11 assists in the game.
The Magic braved the weather in Milwaukee, defeating the Bucks 103-83. The best team in the Eastern Conference played without their MVP candidate Giannis Antetokounmpo (rest). Second-year forward Jonathan Isaac led the Magic with 17 points against the Bucks, and All-Star Nikola Vucevic chopped in with 15 points and 17 rebounds.
The Magic defeated the Hawks last January, and will face them two more times this season in Orlando (March 17th, April 5th).
