The Orlando Magic, victorious in their first three preseason games, return to the Amway Center for their first home preseason tilt of the season.
After successful stops in San Antonio, Detroit, and Atlanta, Orlando now turns their attention to one of the (presumed) elite teams in the Eastern Conference - the Boston Celtics.
A side story-line (and a very big one at that) in this game is the return of local hero Tacko Fall. Fall starred for four years in Orlando at UCF, and now he finds himself in a battle to make the Boston Celtics opening night roster. In Boston’s first preseason game, Fall scored 5 points, grabbed 3 rebounds, and blocked 2 shots in eight minutes.
All-Star guard Kemba Walker is out for the Celtics tonight with general knee soreness.
Nikola Vucevic will also miss tonight’s game with a mild high ankle sprain. Vucevic’s injury is not considered to be serious.
