It all began shortly after the NBA Draft in June when we first proposed a nickname for the Magic’s promising frontcourt of Bamba, Isaac and Gordon...

The nickname quickly gained popularity on social media, leading to many Notorious B.I.G. gifs. Even the Magic adopted a portion of the nickname, using “B.I.G.” in a recent Instagram post.
