His average of 21.6 ppg and 8.1 rpg is definitely something that will improve any team and that includes the Magic who needs someone who can create his own points. However, his value in today's small ball plus his history of injuries will likely diminish his marketability and that could possibly lower the Clippers leverage. His ability to opt out of his contract will make it even harder to acquire him but there's a possibility.
