Orlando Magic vs Portland Trail Blazers game time, TV schedule and more

The Magic look to turn things around in Portland against the Damian Lillard led Blazers.

Troy Wayrynen-USA TODAY Sports

In the midst of a season-high tying four game losing streak, the Orlando Magic look to get things moving in the right direction as they play their third of six games on a West Coast trip against the Portland Trail Blazers.

After hanging with the Los Angeles Clippers for three quarters on Wednesday, the Magic offense sputtered out late, costing them another game. The loss didn't come without some hope, however, as the Magic, without the services of Serge Ibaka, implored a more small ball oriented attack, and had success in doing so. That success has translated over, as coach Frank Vogel said the team would go to more small ball lineups, with Jeff Green playing the backup power forward spot, and Mario Hezonja seeing action as the small forward off the bench.

A change in lineups also means an end of the Biyombo/Vucevic pairing which, while effective in some matchups, has largely fallen flat. Vucevic is expected to continue starting after earning the nod Wednesday night as well, with Biyombo shifting back to a more customary bench role.

Game time is set for 10:00 PM Eastern Time at the Moda Center. The game can be seen on FoxSports Florida, and heard on ESPN580 Orlando.
