With NBA free agency knocking on the door, more and more players are being linked to teams that could have interest in them.
After reportedly having interest in reigning Sixth Man of the Year Jamal Crawford, the Orlando Magic are once again rumored to have interest in another shooting guard. According to Basketball Insiders Alex Kennedy, the Magic have interest in former New Orleans Pelicans guard Eric Gordon.
The Orlando Magic have expressed interest in Eric Gordon, according to sources.

Gordon, 27, has struggled to see the court for much of his career dealing with a multitude of injuries, mainly to his knees-- Gordon has played over 65 games just once in his career, his rookie season. When he has managed to play, Gordon has shown an ability to score the ball, especially as a shooter, but can be very streaky as a shooter.
With the addition of Jodie Meeks on Wednesday via trade, and the team saying they plan to keep Evan Fournier no matter what, having interest in Gordon is somewhat confusing. Gordon, like Meeks and Fournier, is a shooting guard, which would give the Magic a true logjam there if there were to sign him.
The Gordon interest could end up just being a smokescreen for the Magic. While they could have interest in adding Gordon to bolster their three-point shooting, their previous moves, along with moves they plan to make, adding Gordon would't make a lot of sense overall for the team.
