I'm getting the feeling that a lot of people are giving up on the team, giving up on the coach and giving up on management!

Now let's not loose our cool and take a step back and take a look at the situation.

But we have to be real and stay realistic. If anybody said we would have our current record before the season we would have all agreed. And i'm optimistic that almost everybody/except of the Harris fanboys) would have been stoked if we had the chance to add 2-3 max players in the offseason. We have lost like 10 games with less than 5 points and in the last minute. Because we lack a true go to guy, and that includes Harris he was a reliable turnover stud in late game situations. Yes he had his moments but i wont forget his out of control play...

For some reason Skiles has been terrible in 2016 as far as rotations. I also dont understand his "punishments" for certain players. Hezonja for example isnt allowed to mistake while EP and/or Dipo would have terrible game decisions...

Also, it's not the Magics fault that the entire eastern conference has been playing out of their mind this year. I believe MIL (who added Monroe on top of their succes last year); Washington; Chicago would all agree.

As far as our future concerns, we have all the cards in our hands. We have a young core on rookie deals (EP,Dipo,AG, Hezonja and the new 1st) and we have assets (Fournier, Vooch) and we have mighty cap space...

maybe we can add talent on some discount due to injuries (Parsons,Noah,Jennings)while still adding max players Conley (Horford for Vooch trade) and still resign Fournier and have an asset down the stretch...

all i'm trying to say is that we have opportunity. We have opportunity we last had when we almost got the first big three ever Duncan,Hill and T-Mac...
