All of these moves are plausible but all of them together is a long shot.

Fire Skiles; Hire Thibs

Explanation: Skiles has not been well with us for the 2nd half of the season. He is a good coach for only a little amount of time. This has been one of the best coaches in the league and will fair with this young and talented team.

Move #2

Trade: Magic-Cavaliers: Fournier S&T 4 year 60 Mil, Vucevic, Payton, Ilyasova, 1st round pick 2016 and the Lakers pick in 2018.

Explanation: The Magic need a star player to take the leadership after the Howard trade and still have yet to acquire one. Irving wants out of Cleveland and wants to be on a team where he can be the team's focal point and No.1 Option.

Move #3

Sign: Horford 4 year Max

Al Horford played his College Ball at UF and would be interested in coming back to Florida. He is a good vet and will provide good numbers both on the offensive and defensive end.

Move #4

Sign: Dwight Howard 4 yr 80 Mil

Explanation: Yes I know a bunch of you will bash me for this, but look: He couldn't be a better fit in this team. We need a person who can guard the paint and guard the basket, Howard does that. Howard and Hereford would create a deadly front court combo. Who would want to play against them? The perfect Defense-Offense Punch. Howard would want to end his career with the team whom he started with.

Sign: JJ Hickson 1 year Vet Minimum
