After finishing their second trade of the week, the Orlando Magic appear poised to make yet another small deal. According to The Vertical's Adrian Wojnarwoski, the Magic and Chicago Bulls are in talks regarding reserve Magic guard Shabazz Napier.

Napier, whom the Magic acquired over the summer from the Miami Heat, has struggled for much of the season, and figures to have little to no place on the Magic moving forward, especially after the acquisition of Brandon Jennings from the Detroit Pistons.
Moving Napier would be a no-risk move for the Magic, who got the two time NCAA Champion for seemingly nothing -- they sent a heavily protected pick to the Heat. The move would likely bring the Magic back either draft pick considerations or an expiring contract as they continue to look to clear as much cap space for this summers free agency.
Should the Magic not acquire a player in return for Napier, their roster will stand at 13 players.
Update
