I wanted to write a piece on the team, though more of a discussion with suggestions from all of you on how we can realistically fix the team, whether through staff change, lineup change, roster moves via trades, etc.

I know there is a large amount of intelligent and creative people on this site and would like to see what ideas everyone has! This could even be an ongoing discussion until/if Hennigan gets the boot :(
