The Orlando Magic look to stop a three-game slide Wednesday as they take on the Phoenix Suns at Amway Center.
Tipoff between Orlando and Phoenix is set for 7:00 PM. Fox Sports Florida and ESPN 580 AM will offer live coverage in the Orlando market.
Orlando's last time out: Orlando dipped to 4-5 in the James Borrego Era on Sunday evening, dropping to the Charlotte Hornets by a 98-83 final. The Magic shot just 36.5 percent in an anemic performance, and struggled to stay in front of Mo Williams, the veteran former All-Star guard. Williams posted 23 points and 11 assists. Victor Oladipo led Orlando with 21 of his own.
Phoenix's last time out: The Suns fell to the Miami Heat in a 117-98 rout on Sunday, with a 39-24 second quarter spelling doom for the visitors despite double-doubles from P.J. Tucker (20 points, 14 rebounds) and Alex Len (10 points, 11 rebounds), as well as a 20-point outing from Eric Bledsoe. Rookie two-guard Tyler Johnson scored 26 points on 13 shot attempts off Miami's bench to lead all scorers.
The last meeting: Orlando held on for a 93-90 win over Phoenix on November 30th. Gerald Green sank a three-pointer to bring the Suns to within one with three seconds to play, but Evan Fournier answered that basket with a pair of free throws to provide the final margin. Tobias Harris shot 8-of-18 from the floor for 21 points to lead the Magic.
