The Orlando Magic will be without one of their key pieces for the remainder of their game against the Los Angeles Lakers, as Victor Oladipo will not return with concussion like symptoms. Oladipo was injured mid-way through the opening quarter after running into teammate Dewayne Dedmon. The third-year man laid on the ground before woozily trying to continue for a few possessions.
In his limited time before going down injured, Oladipo scored three points and grabbed two rebounds in nearly seven minutes of action before exiting.
In his absence, the likes of Mario Hezonja, Shabazz Napier and Devyn Marble will likely see an uptick in minutes. Marble, who had not appeared in a game all season, checked in late in the first quarter. Evan Frounier, who's already playing major minutes, could also see a few extra minutes as the game wears on.
Stay with Orlando Pinstriped Post for updates on Oladipo as they are made available.
