The NBA announced Saturday a change to its 2014/15 schedule, one which affects the Orlando Magic.
Indeed, ESPN has picked up Orlando's road game against the Dallas Mavericks on March 18th. That decision means tipoff has moved from 8:30 PM Eastern to 8:00 PM Eastern.
Fox Sports Florida will still televise the contest in the Orlando market, so fans who prefer David Steele and Jeff Turner to ESPN's crew will have the option to hear those two on the call that night.
The meeting will be the second between the teams in 2014/15; Dallas visits Orlando on January 31st. The teams met in the preseason, with the Mavs prevailing by a 117-92 final. Chandler Parsons, a Casselberry native and Lake High graduate, led all scorers with 24 points in his homecoming.
