For the second straight season, Victor Oladipo will represent the Orlando Magic at All-Star Weekend..
On Tuesday night, the NBA officially announced that Oladipo would be a participant in the slam dunk contest. The second-year guard will join the likes of Milwaukee's Giannis Antetokounmpo, Brooklyn's Mason Plumlee and Minnesota's Zach LaVine.
It should come as no surprise Oladiipo was selected to be in the dunk contest. Dating back to last season, Oladipo has said he would like to compete in the competition, and that he just needed to get the call from the league with the invite. Oladipo also was quoted as saying that a 360 was the "easiest" dunk that he could do.
The former Indiana standout has wowed people with his leaping ability both in college and in his first year and a half in the NBA. Some may remember Oladipo for his spectacular 360 against the Houston Rockets a few weeks ago, or his powerful two handed smash against the Rockets off of a perfect cut.
Oladipo could also be invited to compete in the Rookie-Sophomore challenge, which will be announced in the coming weeks.
