Former Oklahoma State guard Marcus Smart earned the seventh spot on the community big board, netting 56 percent of the vote. The combo guard was reportedly on the Magic wish list last summer before choosing to return to school.
In his sophomore season, Smart averaged 18 points, 5.9 rebounds, 4.8 assists and 2.9 steals on 42.2 percent shooting. The 6'3 guard is a powerful and crafty perimeter player who can defend both backcourt positions.
Finishing directly behind Smart in the voting was Croatian combo forward Dario Saric, who earned 24 percent of the vote. Former Arizona forward Aaron Gordon earned 13 percent, while Doug McDermott nabbed three. No one else on the ballot grabbed more than a percent of the vote.
