The Orlando Magic played their game against the Charlotte Bobcats without the services of starting center Nikola Vučević, whom the team made a late scratch due to a sore Achilles', according to John Denton of OrlandoMagic.com.
Orlando coach Jacque Vaughn moved Andrew Nicholson into the starting lineup in place of Vučević, who tallied 24 points and 23 rebounds in a come-from-behind win over Charlotte on March 28th. The start is Nicholson's first since January 4th and his fifth on the season. Kyle O'Quinn made his 13th consecutive start for Orlando, shifting from power forward to center in Vučević's absence.
In 57 appearances, all starts, Vučević has averaged 14.2 points, 11 rebounds, 1.8 assists, and 1.1 steals per game on 50.7 percent shooting.
