The Orlando Magic open the second of two back-to-back sets Saturday when they visit the Utah Jazz.
Tipoff between Orlando and Utah is set for 9:00 PM Eastern on Fox Sports Florida and ESPN 580 AM in Orlando. The Orlando Pinstriped Post GameThread will appear at 7:00 PM in this StoryStream and on the cover.
Orlando's last time out: The Magic's losing streak reached seven games Wednesday against the Phoenix Suns, 109-93, as five Suns scored in double-figures. Orlando took a 75-74 lead late in the third quarter, only to watch as Phoenix went on a 27-5 run to take a big lead and seal victory. Arron Afflalo scored 20 points on 8-of-10 shooting for Orlando.
Utah's last time out: The Jazz's own losing streak hit six Wednesday in a 96-86 final against the Memphis Grizzlies. Utah lost the game at the foul line, going just 5-of-10 from the stripe while allowing the host Grizzlies to shoot 22-of-25 there. Gordon Hayward, Trey Burke, and Alec Burks scored 16 apiece in Utah's loss.
The last meeting: The Jazz topped the Magic, 86-82, in Orlando on December 18th behind a 30-point, seven-rebound, eight-assist effort from Burke. He handily won the individual rookie matchup against Victor Oladipo, who shot just 1-of-12 for three points in Orlando's loss.
