Magic's Kyle O'Quinn interviews Maurice Harkless in locker room

The second-year players had some fun live and on the air after Orlando's victory over Philly on Wednesday.

The Orlando Magic must have felt good after their 101-90 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday. The win ended their 16-game slide away from Amway Center, which streak tied the franchise record for most consecutive road losses.

As the media interviewed Magic forward Maurice Harkless following the game, fellow second-year player Kyle O'Quinn got in on the fun by taking the Fox Sports Florida mic from Magic reporter Dante Marchitelli and grilling his teammate with a few questions of his own. The Magic's website has video of the exchange, which video I would embed in this space were NBA.com to support embeds.

O'Quinn asks Harkless how Orlando changed the game in the second half and what it did wrong before intermission: the Sixers owned a four-point lead at the break.

The coup de grâce of the whole video, however, comes when Magic beat writer John Denton asks Harkless what he thought of a particular blocked shot O'Quinn made against Philadelphia. "I don't think it was a block," Harkless says. "It was a foul." O'Quinn's reaction to that assessment is worth clicking over to the video to see.

O'Quinn has spoken before about the importance of team chemistry, and his fun exchange with Harkless Wednesday offers a glimpse of how well the two New York natives get along.
