Between the Orlando Magic's games over the weekend, St. Bonaventure will honor Magic forward Andrew Nicholson by retiring his no. 44 jersey Saturday before its game against Rhode Island.

Nicholson, 24, played four seasons at St. Bonaventure, averaging 17.1 points and 7.2 rebounds per game on 57.5 percent shooting. He ranks second in St. Bonaventure history in scoring (2103 points). In his senior season, he led the Bonnies to the NCAA Tournament while earning Atlantic 10 Player of the Year honors for himself.

Following the ceremony, which Nicholson will attend, he'll head north of the border for Orlando's game Sunday against his hometown Toronto Raptors. Nicholson hails from Mississauga, Ontario.

In his second season with the Magic, Nicholson is averaging 6.2 points and 3.8 rebounds per game. Orlando made him the 19th overall selection of the 2012 NBA Draft.
