NBA All-Star Weekend officially begins Friday evening with the All-Star Celebrity Game on ESPN. The night's main event, the Rising Stars Challenge, gets underway at 9 PM Eastern. It pits two teams of first- and second-year players against one another. TNT analysts Chris Webber and Grant Hill picked the teams from a pool of 18 players.
