Magic vs. Heat: Orlando makes return trip home

The Magic have one game at Amway Center before they begin a West Coast roadtrip.

Before embarking on a five-game roadtrip, the Orlando Magic return to Amway Center on Saturday for a matchup against the Miami Heat.

Tipoff between Orlando and Miami is set for 7:00 PM Eastern on Fox Sports Florida and ESPN 580 AM in Orlando. The Orlando Pinstriped Post GameThread will appear at 5:00 PM in this StoryStream and on the cover.

Orlando's last time out: The Magic dropped their second straight game Thursday against the Cleveland Cavaliers in overtime, despite owning a 10-point advantage in the fourth quarter. The Magic shot just 38.1 percent from the floor and managed two points in the extra period. Anderson Varejão stuffed the stat sheet with 18 points, 25 rebounds, and three assists for the Cavs.

Miami's last time out: The Heat fell to the Golden State Warriors, 123-114, at AmericanAirlines Arena despite getting 26 points, five rebounds, and five assists from LeBron James. Golden State owned the glass, 40-31, with David Lee tallying 32 points and 14 boards.

The last meeting: The Heat eked out a 101-99 win over Orlando n November 23rd, with James hitting the go-ahead jumper with 15 seconds to play. That shot capped a 22-point outing for him, while Dwyane Wade led all players with 27 points.
