The Orlando Magic hit the road Tuesday for a quick game away from Amway Center as they visit the Brooklyn Nets at Barclays Center.
Tipoff between Orlando and Brooklyn is set for 7:30 PM Eastern on Fox Sports Florida and ESPN 580 AM in Orlando. The Orlando Pinstriped Post GameThread will appear at 5:30 PM in this StoryStream and on the cover.
Orlando's last time out: The Magic picked up their first win of 2014 on Sunday against the Boston Celtics, 93-91, as Tobias Harris made two free throws with 10.1 seconds to play to provide the winning points. Arron Afflalo scored 20 points and hauled in a career-high-tying 13 boards for Orlando, which snapped a 10-game losing streak.
Brooklyn's last time out: The Nets thumped their cross-borough rival New York Knicks on Monday, 103-80, behind 25 points from Joe Johnson and a 19-point, 12-board effort from Andray Blatche. Overall, the Nets have won seven of their last eight games to improve to seventh in the Eastern Conference.
The last meeting: Behind 19 points from Victor Oladipo, the Magic crushed the Nets by a 107-86 final on November 3rd. Nets big man Brook Lopez contributed 21 points of his own, but they weren't nearly enough to offset Brooklyn's 38.2 percent shooting.
