The Orlando Magic and Los Angeles Clippers continue to work on a trade which would bring Clippers point guard Eric Bledsoe to Orlando, reports Steve Kyler of HOOPSWORLD.

The Clippers are doing their part to ensure that they're getting the best possible return for the 23-year-old former Kentucky Wildcat, says Kyler, while the Magic are believed to be building their trade package around veteran swingman Arron Afflalo and young power forward Andrew Nicholson.

Further, "there was talk" that Orlando would also package a first-round Draft pick with Afflalo and Nicholson. The Magic would also receive veteran swingman Caron Butler.

No trade between the teams seems imminent, according to Kyler, but some of the players reportedly involved think it could happen Thursday, the night of the 2013 NBA Draft.

In his rookie season out of St. Bonaventure, Nicholson led the Magic in points per minute and in shooting efficiency. His per-game averages were 7.8 points and 3.4 rebounds in 16.7 minutes. Dante Marchitelli said Monday that Nicholson would be among the Magic's guests at the team's free, official NBA Draft watch party.

In his third season, Bledsoe averaged 8.5 points, three rebounds, 3.1 assists, and 1.4 steals in 20.4 minutes. He is one day younger than Nicholson.
