The Boston Celtics blew out the Orlando Magic on Saturday night, 120-88, just one day after Celtics guard Jason Terry said that the Magic are "terrible." His words resonated throughout the Magic locker room.
Magic forward Tobias Harris took Terry's comment personally.
"You know, this is our team, you take pride in your own job." Harris said. "At the same time, we didn't go out there and play as well as we could out there tonight and we didn't shut him up or his comment. I'm a competitor; each and every night and I play my heart out. You know, when an opposing team has a comment like that to say, we have to play our game and show them that they're wrong."
Maurice Harkless also didn't like the comment.
"Of course I didn't like the comment." Harkless said. "Unfortunately we didn't go out there and prove them wrong. It's something that I'll just remember."
