The Orlando Magic enter the final two and a half weeks of their season with a 19-55 record, which is one and a half games ahead of the Charlotte Bobcats for the worst record in the league.
Before looking at this week's schedule, Orlando Pinstriped Post would like to recognize TheGiantSquid for winning the OPP prediction contest for the previous week. Visit OPP on game days to enter.
Here's the Magic schedule for this week:
Monday, April 1st: Magic at Houston Rockets, 8 PM Eastern, Fox Sports Florida
The Rockets beat the Magic 118-110 one month ago in Orlando, and currently are in seventh place in the West as they look to sweep the season series from the Magic.
Wednesday, April 3rd: Magic at San Antonio Spurs, 8:30 PM Eastern, Fox Sports Florida
The Spurs beat the Magic handily 110-89 way back in November in Orlando, and still hold the number one seed in the West despite their loss to Miami Sunday night. San Antonio will be looking for the season sweep from the Magic.
Friday, April 5th: Magic at Chicago Bulls, 8 PM Eastern, Fox Sports Florida
The first time the Magic played in Chicago back on Election Day in November, Orlando was undefeated at 2-0. Five months later, that 2-0 start is but a distant memory for Magic fans. Chicago has won four of their last five games, including stopping the historic 27-game winning streak of the Miami Heat last week, despite missing several key players including All-Star Center Joakim Noah and 2011 NBA MVP Derrick Rose. It's doubtful Rose will make his season debut this week.
Sunday, April 7th: Magic at Cleveland Cavaliers, 6 PM Eastern, Fox Sports Florida
The Cavs have struggled since losing star point guard Kyrie Irving, but are 4 1/2 games ahead of the Magic in the East. Cleveland has beaten the Magic in two out of three games this season.
