Orlando Magic coach Jacque Vaughn will shuffle his starting lineup again Friday against the Indiana Pacers. According to John Denton of OrlandoMagic.com, Vaughn has elected to start Tobias Harris at power forward, replacing Andrew Nicholson, who had started the Magic's last 14 games and 16 of their last 17.
The Magic acquired Harris, 20, from the Milwaukee Bucks at the NBA trade deadline. The combo forward has fit in nicely with Orlando, averaging 16.7 points and 6.3 rebounds in 28.7 minutes per game off the bench. Harris' arrival has meant less playing time for Nicholson, who's averaged only 18.9 minutes per game since the Tennessee product made his Magic début.
In 23 career starts with Milwaukee, Harris averaged 6.8 points and 3.4 rebounds in 18.8 minutes per game on 48.9 percent shooting from the field.
Harris will start alongside Maurice Harkless and Nik Vučević on Orlando's front line, with Jameer Nelson and Arron Afflalo providing veteran presences in the backcourt. Friday's starting lineup is the 20th different one Vaughn has used in 2012/13.
