Friday night, the Orlando Magic host the Indiana Pacers for the second of three meetings between the teams. Tipoff is set for 8 PM Eastern on Fox Sports Florida in the Orlando market. The Orlando Pinstriped Post GameThread will appear at 6 PM in this StoryStream and on the cover.

Orlando's last time out: The Magic rallied from a 20-point deficit to take a five-point lead over the Miami Heat on Wednesday night, only to fall by a 97-96 final when LeBron James beat DeQuan Jones off the dribble to finish a lefty layup with 3.6 seconds remaining. Orlando had no timeouts remaining, and with no way to set up a play, Arron Afflalo missed a halfcourt heave at the buzzer. Nikola Vucevic put up 25 points and 21 boards in defeat.

Indiana's last time out: The Pacers also lost at the buzzer on Wednesday, falling to the Boston Celtics by an 83-81 final on Jeff Green's game-winning layup on a play which Mike Prada diagrammed here. Indiana shot just 36.4 percent from the floor, with 14 turnovers, in the loss and went scoreless over the game's final 4:36, enabling Boston to rally.

The last meeting: Orlando smoked Indiana in January, 97-86, in a game the Magic led for the final 37:07. Jameer Nelson and J.J. Redick combined for eight of the Magic's 12 three-point baskets, and the deep balls proved to be the difference in the game, with Indiana sinking just two in 17 attempts. Paul George had 20 points and 10 boards.
