The Grizzlies picked apart the Magic's defense with a precise attack, shooting 53 percent from the field, 45.8 percent from three-point range, and by tallying assists on 31 of their 44 baskets.

New Orleans' last time out: The Hornets opened their March schedule with a 100-95 win against the Detroit Pistons on Friday. Point guard Greivis Vásquez scored a team-best 25 points, while Eric Gordon added 21 in just 30 minutes. Former Magic forward Ryan Anderson tallied 19 points and 13 boards in the win, which ended a two-game losing streak.
