NBA All-Star 2013: Schedule for All-Star Weekend

A look at the schedule for the 2013 NBA All-Star weekend.

NBA All-Star Weekend has begun. The annual celebration of the world's best game is underway in Houston with the usual slate of events lined up for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Here's a look at the schedule. All times listed are Eastern.

Friday

At 7 PM, the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game tips off at ESPN. The game includes Usain Bolt, Kevin Hart, Nick Cannon as well as former NBA players Dikembe Mutombo and Clyde Drexler.

The Rising Stars Challenge, sometimes referred to as the Rookie-Sophomore Game, starts at 9 PM on TNT. The game is of note for Orlando Magic fans as it's the only All-Star event with Magic players participating. Nik Vučević will suit up for Team Chuck, while Andrew Nicholson will represent Team Shaq.

Saturday

The NBA D-League All-Star Game begins at 3 PM on NBA TV.

NBA All-Star Saturday Night begins at 8:30 PM on TNT. The night's events are, in order, the Sears Shooting Stars competition, the Taco Bell Skills Challenge, the Foot Locker Three-Point Contest, and the Sprite Slam Dunk.

Sunday

The All-Star Game itself tips at 8 on TNT.
