The Orlando Magic wind down the 2013 calendar year and their longest homestand of the season Tuesday as they host the Golden State Warriors.

Tipoff between Orlando and Golden State is set for 6:00 PM Eastern on Fox Sports Florida and ESPN 580 AM in Orlando. The Orlando Pinstriped Post GameThread will appear at 3:00 PM in this StoryStream and on the cover.

Orlando's last time out: The Magic picked up their second straight win Sunday against the Atlanta Hawks, 109-102, behind seven players in double-figure scoring. Orlando also won the rebounding battle and tallied a season-high 30 assists in the victory.

Golden State's last time out: The Warriors topped the Cleveland Cavaliers, 108-104, in overtime on Sunday for their fifth consecutive win, the longest active streak in the entire league. Stephen Curry scored 29 points with 11 assists and came up one rebound shy of a triple-double. His long two-pointer with 13 seconds to play in OT provided the final margin in the game.

In 2012/13: Improbably, the Magic swept the season series from the playoff-bound Warriors in the 2012/13 campaign. Most recently, Orlando topped them by a 99-85 margin at Amway Center as its defense limited Golden State to 37.7 percent shooting from the floor.
