The Orlando Magic start a six-game roadtrip Monday in the nation's capital, where they'll take on the Washington Wizards in a Southeast Division showdown.

Tipoff between Orlando and Washington is set for 7 PM Eastern on Fox Sports Florida, NBA TV, and ESPN 580 AM in Orlando. The Orlando Pinstriped Post GameThread will appear at 5 PM in this StoryStream and on the cover.

Orlando's last time out: The Magic closed November with a blowout loss to the San Antonio Spurs on Friday. The defending Western champs used a 17-0 run in the second quarter to take control from Orlando, which played without starting point guard Jameer Nelson.

Washington's last time out: The Wizards continued their strong play Saturday by topping the Atlanta Hawks, 108-101, for their fourth win in their last five tries. John Wall cinched his second Player of the Week award of the season in this game, tallying 25 points on 9-of-18 shooting, six rebounds, 12 assists, and five steals.

In 2012/13: The teams split the four-game season series a year ago, with each team going 2-0 on its home floor. The Magic came up victorious in the most recent meeting, getting 30 points, 11 rebounds, three steals, and three blocked shots from Tobias Harris to negate Wall's 35-point night.
