The Orlando Magic end a tough road back-to-back Monday in the Windy City as they take on the Chicago Bulls.
Tipoff between Orlando and Chicago is set for 8:00 PM Eastern on Fox Sports Florida and ESPN 580 AM in Orlando. The Orlando Pinstriped Post GameThread will appear at 6:00 PM in this StoryStream and on the cover.
Orlando's last time out: The Magic came close to becoming the first team in 2013/14 to defeat the Oklahoma City Thunder at Chesapeake Energy Arena on Sunday, but came up four points short. Arron Afflalo scored a team-best 25 points for the Magic, who yielded 27 fast-break points in the game.
Chicago's last time out: The Bulls fell to the Toronto Raptors, 99-77, on Saturday for their fourth loss in their last five games. Luol Deng led the hosts with 17 points on 8-of-19 shooting as the Bulls converted only 36 percent of their field-goal tries.
In 2012/13: Even without All-Star point guard Derrick Rose, the Bulls swept the four-game series from the Magic. In the penultimate game of Orlando's season, Chicago blew out the Magic at Amway Center, 102-84, behind 22 points from Carlos Boozer, who led five Bulls in double-figure scoring. Chicago shot 56 percent from the floor and limited Orlando to 41.9 percent in the rout.
