The Orlando Magic announced Wednesday that they have fined power forward Glen Davis an undisclosed amount of money after an incident that occurred in the early-morning hours of Saturday, November 9th. A video obtained by TMZSports.com shows a frustrated Davis throwing a computer keyboard in an Orlando-area hotel lobby.
"We will not tolerate or condone this type of behavior," Magic general manager Rob Hennigan said in a statement the team issued. "As we have stated repeatedly, when a player puts on an Orlando Magic uniform, he is representing something much greater than himself. We expect our players to uphold a certain standard of conduct and character at all times."
The team said it would not comment further on the incident.
Davis has yet to play in 2013/14 as he rehabilitates from a broken bone in his left foot he suffered in January.
