October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which explains why you might start seeing a lot of pink in your daily lives in the weeks ahead. The Orlando Magic said Wednesday they will participate in the event by going "Pink in the Paint" for their preseason game against the Detroit Pistons on Sunday, October 20th at Amway Center.

The Magic say that $5 from every ticket sold for that game will go toward "funding free mammograms to underserved and uninsured women in Central Florida." For more details on the promotion, including a link to buy tickets, please visit this page on the Magic's website.

Tickets to that game start at $18. The Magic went 2-2 against Detroit in the 2012/13 season.
