Friday evening, the Orlando Magic take the Amway Center floor for the first time in the 2013/14 NBA preseason for a tilt against the Cleveland Cavaliers. The game marks the first home appearance for Victor Oladipo since the Magic made him the second overall pick in the 2013 NBA Draft.

Tipoff between Orlando and Cleveland is set for 7 PM Eastern on NBA TV. The Orlando Pinstriped Post GameThread will appear at 5 PM in this StoryStream and on the cover.

Orlando's last time out: The Magic fell to the New Orleans Pelicans, 99-95, on Wednesday as their late rally fell short. Oladipo stuffed the stat sheet with 10 points, five rebounds, nine assists, and four steals. Tobias Harris and Nikola Vucevic had 17 points and nine rebounds apiece.

Cleveland's last time out: The Cavs opened their preseason with a 99-87 win against the Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday. Tristan Thompson needed just 25 minutes to tally 17 points, eight rebounds, three assists, and a blocked shot.

In 2012/13: Orlando picked up a four-point win in the teams' first meeting but lost each of the next three. The Cavaliers rallied to win the final game with a 29-19 fourth quarter.
