Ryan Anderson Reportedly Traded To Hornets For Gustavo Ayón

(SB Nation Tampa) Reports from ESPN's Marc Stein point to the Orlando Magic trading free-agent forward Ryan Anderson to the New Orleans Hornets. It was reported just earlier that the Magic had no plans to bring back Anderson for next season.

As for what the Magic will get in return for Anderson, Hornets reporter Jimmy Smith is reporting that they will get forward Gustavo Ayon.

Ayon played in 54 games for the Hornets in 2011-2012 (24 starts) where he 5.9 points and 4.9 rebounds per game in his rookie season. The Hornest are expected to cut Chris Kaman, Carl Landry and Marco Belinelli to make room for Anderson on the salary cap according to John Hollinger of ESPN.
