With their 2011/12 season over, the Orlando Magic face key decisions regarding their roster, coach, and General Manager in the summer ahead, but according to Brian Schmitz of the Orlando Sentinel, they plan to wait a few days before announcing any changes. "We're going to take a couple of days to decompress," said Magic CEO Alex Martins. "My intent is not to elongate a process that leaves people hanging in limbo."

Stan Van Gundy and Otis Smith, the team's coach and President of Basketball Operations, respectively, have already commented publicly on their job status, with Van Gundy saying he'd like to return and Smith remaining noncommittal. Both men are under contract through the 2012/13 season. A report earlier Wednesday indicated the team has already interviewed Adonal Foyle, it's Director of Player Development, for the General Manager position.
