The Orlando Magic head to United Center to take on the Chicago Bulls on Tuesday night to begin their first road trip of the 2012/13 season, as well as their first back-to-back set. Tipoff is scheduled for 8 PM Eastern on Fox Sports Florida in the Orlando market. The Orlando Pinstriped Post GameThread will appear in this StoryStream and on the cover of OPP at 8 PM Eastern.
Following impressive, double-digit victories against the Denver Nuggets and Phoenix Suns, Orlando's record stands at 2-0 on the young season. The Bulls, even without former league MVP Derrick Rose, have opened the season 2-1 on the strength of their defense: Tom Thibodeau's team has allowed it opponents to shoot just 41.2 percent from the field, the sixth-best figure in the league. Balance has helped the Bulls succeed offensively, as seven of the nine players in Chicago's playing rotation average between eight and 14.7 points per game.
Orlando has won three of its last four games in Chicago.
