The Orlando Magic fell to the Brooklyn Nets for the second time in three days on Sunday afternoon, but at least that contest was more competitive than Friday's debacle, a 39-point defeat which was the worst for Orlando at home in 17 years. And at least there was one Magic highlight in Sunday's loss.
In the above clip, starting swingman Arron Afflalo badly beats Nets guard Deron Williams on a backdoor cut and Josh McRoberts hits him with a pocket pass. Afflalo elevates from the left baseline to evade the rotating Keith Bogans, and then sails to the other side of the rim to avoid Brook Lopez. He finishes the play by reversing the ball in off the glass for two of his team-high-tying 19 points.
Afflalo has now overtaken Glen Davis for the team lead in scoring, averaging 16.7 points per game.
