Watch: Magic vs. Spurs Preseason Highlights

Andrew Nicholson throwing down one-handed is but one of the highlights of the Magic's 104-100 victory against San Antonio on Sunday night. Check out the full reel here.

The Orlando Magic earned their second consecutive victory of the 2012/13 preseason on Sunday evening, holding off the San Antonio Spurs, 104-100, behind 18 points from Andrew Nicholson and 17 from Glen Davis. The rebuilding Magic have deep ties to the Spurs, as new coach Jacque Vaughn and general manager Rob Hennigan have roots in the Alamo.

The game highlights have plenty of great Orlando plays, perhaps none more exciting than the powerful, one-handed flush Nicholson threw down off a nifty J.J. Redick assist in the first half; the play starts at approximately the 42-second mark in the highlight package. Nicholson starred, needing only eight shot attempts and 18 minutes to tally his game-high 18 points, while the assist on the play was but one of Redick's five on the night.

Not all of Redick's passes hit the mark, as he committed three turnovers on the night as well. But one such errant pass resulted in a net positive for the Magic. At the 1:04 mark of the clip, Redick attempts to hit a popping Davis with a pass, but the ball sails past Davis' hands. Rookie swingman DeQuan Jones retrieves the ball, dribbles past an improvised screen from Davis, and nails a deep three-pointer just as the shot clock expires.
