adidas will release adiPower Howard, Dwight Howard's latest signature shoe, on Thursday, November 3rd, with a suggested price of $100. The company's design team put the shoe, Howard's third signature model, together with the superstar's personality and style in mind. It also tailored it to meet his specific performance needs. After the jump, a look at some of the features of the adiPower Howard.

From a design standpoint, the prominent three stripes are composed of smaller pinstripes, echoing the Orlando Magic's uniform, while his signature adorns the tongue. His uniform no. appears on the lateral outsole of the shoe. Additionally, the sockliner features the same photo of Howard's wide smile featured on the sticker he used in his famous "sticker dunk" during the 2007 Sprite Slam Dunk competition at All-Star Weekend.

Getting more technical, the adiPower Howard includes adidas' new Live Motion technology, which the company says "offers personalized pin-point cushioning." In addition, the Z-Torsion system allows inward rotation while limiting the rate at which the ankle rolls outward, which in turn boosts efficiency.

The white/grey/blue colorway of the adiPower Howard is in stores November 3rd, with a black-on-black version--my personal favorite--scheduled to release November 10th. Finally, adidas will release the black/white/blue colorway of the shoe on December 1st, just in time for the holiday shopping season.

adidas encourages fans to leave feedback about the shoe on the adidas Basketball Facebook page.
