Howard chooses Fegan as new agent (UPDATE) - CBSSports.com
Dwight Howard has picked a new agent a few months after leaving Goodwin Sports Management, which ensures that the Magic's star center won't merely let his friends run his show for him.

This new CBA is gonna kill money for top players, very good for Dwight to get a better agent for his marketing plan. Bigger marketing that would make Dwight more of an icon today and as a result, help Orlando Magic be even more attractive to fans and players everywhere. I’m happy he has an agent too, the thought of friends and family running it doesn’t always turn out as well as imagined, I think.

I have to ask
Anyway Dwight ever leaves us? I know none of us can predict the future, I just want your guy’s (and Gals) opinions on this terrible question I am sorry I let my mind ask…

He seems less likely to go than any other superstars.
And the ownership/GM has been so great, spending like as if they were a big market team anyways. Anything can happen tho, Otis has to make some good moves after VC not panning out half as much as I expected. I think if Otis can make some solid moves role support moves (like he’s been doing already) and doesn’t hurt his cap space in 2 yrs at the same time, they will enter a summer with max/near-max space with a improved Dwight and an incoming superstar like CP3. (Unless ofc, they can somehow trade for him now, then you just throw whatever out there and take on Okafor, and done, title on the way :P ).

I don't think so.
Not in his prime at least. We’ve all been down that road before and I don’t think DeVos (and whoever replaces him as the owner. I think he’s pushing 83.) and Otis let that happen.

I just hope I dont hear any of this LBJ bull**** from Dwight about wanting to be a global entity
I probably know Judo! How many of you can make the same boast?

It would be a little off putting, but cmon, Dwight doesn’t have half of the oversized ego the ringless king has. Dwight has always been a perfect example of how I want my franchise superstar to act like.

Dwight, like most NBA stars, has a huge ego.

Yeah
Don’t let his smile kid you.
But you very rarely get anywere in professional sports without one. If you don’t think you’re the best, you’ll rarely play like you’re the best.

I would still consider Dwight among the players that handles it well (given his age and early star statue).
It’s a good thing to have players in this league (and they’re a lot) who have characters that keep their feet on the ground. Cause I can’t even imagine what it would be if everyone was as spoiled as some of the “superstars” (I won’t name names but I guess you know who I’m talkin’ about.)
Don't mind my spelling. I'm a Typo Master.
