Yup, that's Turk.

One of the many brilliant Hedo stories today made a good point: the Raptors let Hedo miss 6 of their 8 preseason games and never really held him accountable for anything. Thus, this sense of entitlement, or whatever, that’s affected his play.

In an alternate universe where Orlando paid to keep him, there’s no way he’s like that. Otis and Stan would end it pretty quickly, I believe.
