In a transitional game for the team, the Orlando Magic host the Philadelphia 76ers after trading four rotation players earlier today. As such, the Magic will have just eight players in uniform this evening against a Philadelphia team much better than its record suggests.
A 0-4 record in games decided by three points or fewer has dragged Philly's record to 10-16. That .000 showing in coin-flip games is bound to change, and if it does, the 76ers may find themselves in the postseason once again.
The focus tonight, for Orlando fans, won't be what happens on the court. They're just biding their time until the reinforcements arrive.
I'm here at Amway Center to cover the game live.
